Looking for: Part-time, Casual Babysitting
Over the last few years I have worked in Aboriginal Public Health while completing my Master of Public Policy at Melbourne University. Having just completed my masters, I am looking to take some time away from my usual work and studies, working to make the lives of families easier and caring for children. I am searching for casual or part-time nannying or babysitting work.
I grew up taking care of my little sister, I adored the nannies that cared for my siblings and I when we were young, and I was a babysitter myself throughout school. Since then, though I moved into other kinds of work, I have always loved spending time and playing with children.
Home is the place where we unwind, reflect, play, nourish, nurture, connect, create, yarn, and rest. Home is a whole world, especially for children. I love the idea of having a positive influence over the home lives of children, it is work that I believe in, and work that is close to my heart.
My professional references are not in the field of childcare, but I have a range of other professional and personal references.
