Meet Joo hyun: A nanny and babysitter in Dutton Park, QLD

Hi! I'm Joo from Korea.

I am currently studying a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care at TAFE, and I plan to continue with the Diploma next year.

I work 2–3 days a week as a casual educator across different childcare services and OSHC settings.

From late 2020 to early 2022, I worked as an ESL teacher for elementary school students after school. I also had the opportunity to study and complete an internship in the United States and Canada, which strengthened my communication skills, cultural awareness, and ability to connect with children and families from diverse backgrounds.

I moved to Australia in 2024 and have strengthened my communication skills through various roles.

I genuinely enjoy working with children and have always been comfortable caring for younger kids. If I have the opportunity to work with your family, I will do my best to build warm, trusting relationships with your child(ren) and support them with care, respect, and enthusiasm.
