Experienced Child Minder Available – Afternoons & Evenings

Hello! I’m 26 years old, Irish, and have over 10 years’ experience caring for children from infancy through to 16 years old. I’m passionate about creating a safe, calm, and nurturing environment where children feel supported and understood.

I am currently available for full-time work until April, with the possibility to extend, and I’m ideally seeking Monday to Friday hours from 2:00pm–6:00pm, with flexibility to stay longer if needed. I’m particularly interested in afterschool pick-ups, afternoon care, and evening organisation.

Experience includes:

• Extensive experience with autistic children

• Recent care for a child with a rare metabolic disease, requiring a high level of attentiveness, routine, and medical awareness

• Full-time child minding for four children in Melbourne

• Crèche experience with children across multiple age groups

• Meal preparation, afterschool routines, homework support, and evening wind-down

• Light household duties and pet feeding/care

Additional details:

• Full, clean Australian driver’s licence

• Own reliable car

• Non-smoker

• Working With Children Check

• First Aid, CPR, and Emergency Life Support certified (including education and care setting)

• Excellent recent references available on request

I’m reliable, patient, proactive, and very comfortable supporting children with additional needs. I’m ideally looking for a family who values consistency and routine and is seeking a longer-term arrangement.
