Meet Tiffany: A nanny in Forestville, NSW

My name is Tiffany, I am an experienced nanny and child care educator and a Mother. I completed my certificate III in children services 14 years ago and have been working with children in Nanny and childcare roles ever since. I have worked for many families on the North Shore and Northern Beaches as well as internationally. I have built up some wonderful relationships with parents and children, and am so grateful for the families who have welcomed me into their sacred space and family over the years.

I Bring a very kind, loving and caring energy to your children and home and just want to nourish them in the best way I can while their favourite people are away from them. It's so important to me that your children feel safe, loved and comfortable to be completely themselves while they are with me.

As a mother & a Nanny my approach is aligned best to gentle and respectful parenting, However boundaries are very important too. I am very focused on what is going on underneath a child’s behaviour, really trying to understand what they are feeling or what unmet needs are affecting them, verse reacting to their behaviour..

I navigate moments and days with children really tuning into what they need most and ensuring they aren’t being rushed around and kept too busy. Sometimes slow quite days at home playing & connecting is just what they need most & then some days maybe everything is really aligned to a fun day out.

In terms of my availability I have two full days a week where I’m available and flexible with the days. I have a child who will be in school and I do not intend to bring my child with me.

I have a real passion and longing to care for and nurture babies and young toddler as that’s where my heart really lays right now.
