Hello! My name is Petra, I’m from the Czech Republic, I’m 26 years old, and I’m currently in Sydney for a few months. I would be very happy to take care of your children. I completed secondary education with a focus on pedagogy, psychology, and education, and I also studied at a basic Waldorf school (similar to Montessori). This background reflects who I am: I’m very creative and I love engaging children in educational activities that feel like play while naturally supporting their development. I’m an endless source of ideas, love, and passion for children’s growth, and I would be delighted to share this energy with your child. I have worked as a childcare educator in a nursery, completed a one-month internship in kindergartens in Portugal, and provided babysitting both in Portugal and in the Czech Republic. For the past 13 years, I have also been caring for my beloved cousins, which has given me long-term experience with children of all ages. I began PhD studies focused on children’s education in botanical gardens, so I especially enjoy spending time with children in nature and creating activities inspired by the natural world. I have no problem helping with thorough cleaning, cooking, or even taking care of the garden during babysitting, and I’m happy to involve children in these activities as well.
