Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Prior to COVID I spent two years working for an amazing family in Surrey Hills, but due to COVID their working situations have changed and they no longer need me. Since then I have had some ad hoc positions, and I've been homeschooling a friend's niece. I have an Honours degree in Psychology and am currently studying my Master of Psychology (Clinical) part-time through ISN Psychology. That doesn't mean I'm stuffy and overbearing though! I have crazy coloured hair and a few fun tattoos (that are easily covered if you're not into that). I'm fun and bubbly, I love board games, arts and crafts, and I'm a professional tutor so I can keep your kids on track with some homework as well as keeping them entertained without electronics :)

Looking for: Part-time

I am currently looking for positions on a casual/part-time preferably on going basis. I am flexible with days of the week Wednesday through Friday. I am trustworthy, honest, reliable and very friendly with a great sense of humour. I am very enthusiastic and active. I have worked voluntarily in my local Kindergarten and I worked as an Integration Aide for 14 years up until 2019 in a few primary schools based in Melbourne's East. I thoroughly enjoyed working with all the children that had many and varied abilities and/or disabilities. The qualities that all those children shared was firstly, their brutal honesty (which always made me laugh deeply), their loving nature and their gratitude for the help and assistance I could offer them. The children were always drawn to me and I believe it is due to my warm and caring nature plus I love a good laugh/joke with them. I am a mother of two adult children, male and female, therefore I understand children of both genders. I am fond of animals and they tend to like me also. I have a current Working With Children Check and Victorian Police Record Check. I am Level 2 First Aid trained including anaphylaxis and have had an enormous amount of experience dealing with asthmatic students. Please feel free to contact me if you believe I can help you. Regards Deb

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

I'm currently studying, working part time in childcare and I am the youngest of three siblings so I am very family orientated, nurturing and confident! I am a bubbly person and responsible and love to look after children because I love building relationships with children and seeing them progress, learn and grow. My experience in babysitting began when I was 16 babysitting my cousin, and have looked after newborns (from 3 months of age) as well as toddlers and children up to 11 years of age! Being a university student and working part time, I am flexible with the days and hours that I can provide. I hope to provide a stimulating and fun environment for children, where it is fun, but also a safe space where children feel recognised and safe. I am more than happy to run errands, take children to and pick children up from activities, do housework, prepare meals or snacks and help with children's homework! I have experience working with children both in an early childcare setting/long day care (0-4 years) and in an out of school hours setting where I currently work where children are aged 5-12 years! I'd love to be involved in looking after your children and working with your family to provide the best environments for your children, I understand that life can be extremely busy, and I'm here to help in those times

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi, I love children and I have 10 years of experience in childminding and babysitting from babies, twin to teenage which gained me lots of invaluable experience in the needs of children and the importance of patience, friendship and respect through every stage of childhood development. I am a registered child carer. With all the relevant qualification inclusive of the experience in primary school and early learning centre, it helps in building a motivate and safe environment for children along with their growth. Childminding responsibilities inclusive of nappy changing, feeding, preparation of baby food if agreed with parents. We (children and I) sing, dance, read and play interactive games which help them learn the sounds and meanings of words, build their motor skills while allowing them to practice self-expression. At the same time strengthen their memory skills through interactive games. Notwithstanding, playing at park and library storytime is essentially important too when age-appropriate. If you think I am the right one for your child/ children, looking forward to meeting and work with you :) Happy to further assist if you have twin or after school care services. Thank you

Hi my names is Renee and I am 19 years old. I have recently graduated from year 12 at Our Lady Of The Sacred Heart Bentleigh and have now started my university degree of a bachelor of nutrition science at Deakin university. I am very interested in finding some more work to fill in my very open schedule. While I am only young, I have previous experience looked after a number of children over the past 4 years. Most recently I have been working scheduled days for a family with a 6 and 8 year old and another family with a 9 month old and a 3 year old. Previous work i have done was for 2 families, with kindergarten and primary school age children aged 1 to 12 years old and I am comfortable looking after all ages. During covid-19 I have been homeschooling a family with 2 wonderful girls and am very capable in helping with homework of homeschooling if we go back into a lockdown that it might be required. I also have quite a few pets of my own so having your's around will be no problem. I am an easy going and energetic person which is great when interacting with kids but I also pride myself on being organised and punctual as well as being able to set boundaries and provide structure. I thoroughly enjoy being around children and trying to ensure that they are surrounded by a happy healthy environment where they can have fun and grow. I am more than happy to help out with cooking, cleaning, homework, washing, tidying up and general chores around the house on top of looking after your children but of course making sure that your children's needs are met will be my first priority. I am able to provide my resume and references upon request, I look forward to hearing from you soon - Renee
