Looking for: Full-time,Part-time

With over 20 years experience in early childhood it’s an honour to be asked to be apart of a child’s life watching and helping them develop and grow. With also being a mother of two girls myself aged 16 and 12 it has helped me grow and matured as a woman and has been a great tool to help me with all the beautiful families I have helped. I love craft play and cooking but most of all the outdoors riding bikes, scooters and of course amazing parks to play in.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

I am a very experienced nanny currently completing my PhD in early childhood development. Having recently moved to the west-side of Brisbane, I am looking for families requiring causal babysitting (i.e. date nights etc.). I have extensive nannying and babysitting experience caring for children from newborn to 16 years. Before starting school this year, I cared for 3 children (now 8yrs and 6yrs twins) 2 days per week (6:30am-6:30pm) for 5 years while I completed my undergraduate studies. I have also babysat/nannied casually for more than 20 families who have between 1 and 6 children. As such, I have many outstanding references. Further, I work with children and their families on a daily basis, conducting developmental assessments as part of the research I run. I also have experience looking after and working with children with special needs and volunteered for 4 years running a social skills program for children with ASD. I am certified in CPR and First Aid, have a Blue Card, and have completed child protection training. I am organised, reliable, sensible, honest and thoroughly enjoy actively engaging with and playing with children. I am very motivated and more than happy to help out around the house with laundry, dishes, dinners etc. I also love creating games, activities and crafts which are both fun and developmentally appropriate for the children in my care.
