I am there to look after Mum too and make sure she is well rested, well fed and well hydrated (especially if breastfeeding). I help establish good feeding and sleep routines to then move into gentle sleep conditioning at an age appropriate time if parents want to. If parents prefer then I am more than happy to carry out attachment parenting and contact naps. I work with parents for what works best for their family.
