Hi, I am Alanna and I live in Sunnybank Hills. We are looking for a kind and energetic carer to watch our two toddler boys (2 and 3 years old) for a few hours every Saturday morning. Tasks would mainly include playing inside/outside, reading with the kids and helping them with snack time.

Dropping them to school in Springfield lakes, picking them up after school and dropping them home, and on Wednesday’s, possibly longer if I’m stuck at work and it works for you etc.
It’s a long drive and there’s traffic. Their mother lives out those ways so they go to school there. Thanks for reading

We’re looking for a full-time (38 hrs/ week) or part-time nanny (27 hrs/ week) for our 2 lovely children (toddler & primary school aged), located in Rochedale.

Rate: up to $35 - $45/hour depending on experience & qualifications (plus superannuation). Regular holiday entitlements apply (annual leave, personal leave, public holidays paid etc.) per employment contract. Higher rates for any work performed outside of 7am-7pm, Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays.

We are looking for some assistance with our 4 year old son (he's 5 in November). We both work full time and do not get home until about 7pm so we need someone to collect him from childcare (school from January), take him home, help with dinner time/getting ready for bed etc.

We need help with our school pick up on Monday 25/08/25 and Tuesday 26/08/25. The job requires someone with their own car and driver's licence to pick up our 2 girls from Rocklea State School and drive them to Holland Park. Once you pick up from school, you can take them to a local park for a short play until I can meet you. We will pack an afternoon tea for each of them in their school bags, so it is just transport and short supervision to help us out. We would like to meet you on the weekend, so the girls know who to expect at the school pick up.

Hello! I need someone a couple of hours a week to pick my 6 year old son up from school in Arundel and take him to his cricket practice every Tuesday (during school term) until the end of the year. Cricket starts at 4pm and you would then be required to watch over him if he needs anything but essentially his cricket coach will be supervising him from 4. Myself or his Dad would take over at 5pm. Hi, I'm a solo-mum by choice to an 8 mth old boy. I am a social worker and counsellor and am lucky to have some family who can occasionally be with him while I work from home roughly 2 days a week - however I'm in need of some back-up caregivers to help keep him safe and contented while I'm working with my clients and my family aren't available.
More often than not he's a happy little guy. He is crawling, getting into cupboards, walking himself along the furniture and taste-testing anything he can get his hands on so needs some good supervision! He truly is a delight and super cute (I might be biased). He loves singing, playing, books, baby-time at the library and time outside. He is breastfed and is enjoying exploring some foods.
Sometimes I may need only 2hrs help - other times closer to a full day. When I have more than 2 back to back appointments I make sure to schedule breaks so I can come and feed him/spend time with him in between. Where possible, I will do nappies.
Kindness, empathy and joy in being with babies are what I'm looking for - experience with babies too. Bonus points if you have knowledge of Circle of Security Parenting :) I'd love someone who could work with us regularly so he can be familiar with you. If the work coincides with a nap for bub, I'd appreciate some light housework (tidying toys/folding washing), but priority will always be baby :) Let me know why you want to work with babies, how you see your role as a babysitter, and whatever you think is important for me to know about you.
