Professional mother in Paddington seeking a sole-charge nanny for 7-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son. Minimum 15 hrs/week (see schedule), with potential for extra babysitting. Car provided for child-related duties; driver’s licence required.

Duties include school drop-off/pick-up, daytime care for son, preparing children’s meals (incl. grocery shopping), and light household support (children’s laundry, tidying, occasional errands).

Schedule (fortnightly rotation):
* Week A: Mon 2–6:30pm; Tue 8am–6:30pm; Wed 8–9am

I am after a kind, caring and fun Nanny/Educator to look after my 9 year old daughter during the September School Holidays. I currently work full time as a shift worker & depending on my shifts for Sept/Oct I require someone who has plenty of flexibility with days & start and finish times.
Start times could be as early as 8.30am with a finish time of 7.30pm. I will also need care on a Saturday depending on my roster.

Duties include:

Organising age appropriate activities
Going to the local park
Taking our Toy Cavoodle for a walk
Making lunch/dinner

Things to note regarding this position:

- Shifts may run past 8.30pm at short notice.

- possibility of extension to two days per week during school term if interested.

You must:
- Have obtained or are working towards your Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care OR
have a Bachelor teaching degree (early years or primary) and registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state
- Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
- Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
- Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example: visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
