Intervening when conflicts between siblings became verbally or were at risk of becoming physically abusive, implementing conflict resolution skills and applying them to the situation and the siblings involved. I find working with children a really enjoyable experience and being able to help children to explore their interests, develop their talents and independence & build self-esteem, is extremely rewarding.
