Hi there! I'm Alicia and I'm 25 years old. I am a going into my final semester of a Bachelor of Primary Education with an English specialisation. I hold a current First Aid and Anaphylaxis Certificate as well as a Blue Card (Working With Children Check). I have previous experience working for a small company tutoring English to children ages 4-17. Additionally, I have worked as a lead Program Educator at a local primary school's OSHC for almost 3 years and have stepped up into the managerial position numerous times. I work with children from Prep through to Year 6, including those with additional needs such as hearing impairments, ADD/ADHD and ASD. I am a very personable and open-minded individual who gets along with everybody. As a babysitter, I would be comfortable cooking food for children, assisting with their homework and participating in play. My schedule is flexible so if you have any other questions, please get in contact!

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

I am a very experienced nanny currently completing my PhD in early childhood development. Having recently moved to the west-side of Brisbane, I am looking for families requiring causal babysitting (i.e. date nights etc.). I have extensive nannying and babysitting experience caring for children from newborn to 16 years. Before starting school this year, I cared for 3 children (now 8yrs and 6yrs twins) 2 days per week (6:30am-6:30pm) for 5 years while I completed my undergraduate studies. I have also babysat/nannied casually for more than 20 families who have between 1 and 6 children. As such, I have many outstanding references. Further, I work with children and their families on a daily basis, conducting developmental assessments as part of the research I run. I also have experience looking after and working with children with special needs and volunteered for 4 years running a social skills program for children with ASD. I am certified in CPR and First Aid, have a Blue Card, and have completed child protection training. I am organised, reliable, sensible, honest and thoroughly enjoy actively engaging with and playing with children. I am very motivated and more than happy to help out around the house with laundry, dishes, dinners etc. I also love creating games, activities and crafts which are both fun and developmentally appropriate for the children in my care.

Looking for: Casual Babysitting

Hi parents! I am a positive, energetic and fun-loving midwife and medical student, and would be more than happy to care for your little ones to help give you a break every now and again. I have over 7 years of experience working with infants, children and young teens, doing everything from coaching gymnastics and ski instructing, to being a support worker for children with disabilities - and I've absolutely loved it all! I enjoy singing, dancing, baking, drawing and playing board games with the little ones, but open to pretty much anything your kids enjoy doing. On top of this, Iā€™m more than happy to do light household chores or meal prepping if you desire, and I have my QLD Blue Card, first aid and CPR certificates, my own car, and can supply references upon request. I look forward to hearing from you! :)
