I am originally from Adelaide and have moved to Sydney to complete my Masters in Journalism. I have babysat for many families in the past, most recently a gorgeous Italian family with two daughters under the age of two in Montreal, Canada (where I was living until COVID hit). I am the eldest of four, and so have plenty of experience in responsibility and dealing with younger children. I have also been a dance teacher in the past and have worked with kids from aged 4 to 16. I would describe myself as bubbly, caring, and empathetic, yet strict and assertive when needed. I absolutely love working with children, and would be delighted to take on a babysitting role with a new family!
I am a student at university and a hockey player. I love kids and have grown up in a big family so understand how much work kids are. I have been coaching hockey for the last 6 years of all ages, I coach a high school water polo team and I also used to run 3 kindy sports classes a week as well as babysitting so I am very used to looking after all ages of kids and absolutely love it.
I'm an energetic and active 28-year-old from Sweden, and I'm currently finishing my Business degree at the International College of Management Sydney. I'm based in Surry Hills, looking for part-time/casual babysitting. I'm used to being around kids. Worked as an Au Pair in Italy for 17 months, the family had 4 children ages, 8, 12, 14 and 16. I made lunch for them every day, supervised homework, helped improve their English and I also did some light housework and cooking. I've been in Sydney for over 2 years now, during this time I have been babysitting on and off for three families with kids ages from 5 to 12. Helped them with homework and encouraged the kids to develop their skills in an engaging way. Worked as a track and field coach for kids ages 6-10 in my late teens.
I'm currently babysitting for a Swedish family on Wednesday afternoons.
I’m fairly experienced at keeping children entertained. I am a very patient person who is willing to watch their favorite TV shows and read out stories to them. I’m capable of providing children with any basic food or bathroom needs they may have, as well as helping them complete school assignments. I admire their innocence and would be happy to answer all their questions. Spending time around children brings joy to my heart; I always find myself looking for what makes every single one of them unique.
P.S. my availabilities are based solely off my sem 1, so they can differ in the near future to suit your schedule. Please feel free to message me.
Hello Families, My name is Lucy and I'm 24 years of age. I am a very outdoorsy person, I play lots of sports including netball, basketball touch footy, league and ballet. I also love playing golf (at a very beginner pace) and being outside in general. I have grown up on the beaches of Sydney. I started nannying when I was 17 for a beautiful family of 2 girls, who also welcomed their 3rd girl whom I took care of at 3 months old. All girls were under 3 and were under my care. I then started nannying for my second family, a friend of the first, with 2 children (5 and 2) who then welcomed their 3rd child a beautiful girl named Georgia. I have been on and off with casual babysitting for over 2 years now with this family. My third family i looked after on a permanent basis was Leo and Orlando who were 3 and 6, and were very outdoorsy and sensitive at the same time, I loved watching them become more confident and open with me as we spent more time together. I am currently nannying for a beautiful family of two children named Mitchell and Louella (6 and 2.5 years of age) both children have completely different personalities and are so funny and confident in their own ways. Mitchell is very sensitive and absolutely loves to listen to everything about you. Louella is very outspoken and clued on for a 2.5 year old and constantly surprises me with her attention to detail. I love watching these children grow and confide in me as we become more than just a nanny and child, we become brother and sister, sister and sister and I absolutely adore each and every child under my care and make sure they are as happy as they can be. I love teaching them common courtesy and manners just as I was taught when I was younger and watch them grow as children and enhance their skills and talents and find what they love. I coach Mitchell's soccer team, and since coaching I have noticed Mitchell's confidence grow and grow as he is very comfortable with me, and his skills has exceeded his own team mates (not being bias) but its just amazing to watch what a good bond can do to anyone's confidence.

Hi my name is Isabella, I live locally in Paddington. I am very interested in a babysitting position as I am hands on, bubbly and I'm currently studying my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. My babysitting skills an experience, along with my energetic attitude and friendly nature, position me to excel in this role.
I worked full time as a nanny and personal assistant to a family in Bellevue Hill for 3 years.
This was a wonderful position and I became apart of the family rather than an employee. They have now moved overseas but we stay in touch regularly.
I also helped out with babysitting and care of other children in the schools and friendship circles.
I am happy to help out with parents working from home and any other way I can be of service.
I have recently updated my First Aid and CPR Course as well as having ability and education in dealing with allergies and medication.
I love working with children and find it something that comes very natural to me and is always enjoyable.
I am happy to meet for coffee and have a chat about what your needs are and if we would be a good fit.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
