Looking for: Casual Babysitting
I'm a psychologist who has completed a Masters in Clinical Psychology. I have several years of experience working with children as a nanny, a childcare worker in a preschool, and a therapist for children with disabilities. I've also worked with children through tutoring, sports photography, coaching sport teams and working in the children's department of a Dymocks bookstore. I'm comfortable and experienced working with children of all ages. My interests include art-making, reading, guitar, and team sports. As a personable, honest and punctual individual who is passionate about working with kids of all ages, I believe I am the right nanny/babysitter for you.
Hi! My name is Caoimhe and I am a first year International Studies/Media (Communications and Journalism) student at UNSW and am looking for an ongoing nannying role for 2021. I consider myself an enthusiastic and positive person, attributes I apply to my work with children which I have completed over the past 4 years with children aged newborn to 9 years old. I have a strong passion for working with children and place a strong emphasis on fun and education backed up by a desire to see all children reach their full potential. I have also volunteered at Story Factory, a non for profit organisation that assists disadvantaged children with their creative writing. This experience has further provided me the skills I deem necessary to effectively care for and nurture every child I come into contact with. I would love the opportunity to babysit for a family and create a strong bond with their children, filling not only my life with much purpose but hopefully theirs with a lot of fun!
I am currently working studying Naturopathy at university and teaching yoga/meditation classes online as well as weekly at a childcare centre. I am also apart of a mental health organisation where I attend programs at schools to help spread awareness about mental health, break the stigma around it and encourage individuals to seek help. I have been babysitting and nannying consistently for the past 10 years and have always been around children as I grew up with many younger cousins. I absolutely love being around children, having fun, making friends, supporting and helping them grow and learn in the best way possible. I have experience in looking after multiple children at once, driving children to activities/playdates, school/childcare/preschool pickups, housework, helping with homework, cooking meals and making snacks, bathing/dressing and creating a fun, safe and comfortable space.
I am a 27 year old client service officer at an aged care service provider living in Zetland. I graduated from UNSW in 2017 with a bachelor of social work (honours). After this I lived in the uk for two years where I worked for 7 months as a live in au pair for 3 kids, mostly looking after a 3 year old who was on steroids due to a kidney disease. I have worked part time and casually at my first social work placement in a child and family centre. I have also done casual babysitting both in australia and in the uk. I love baking with kids and I love puzzles!
Hi, my name is Viviana. I am originally from Colombia and have been living in this beautiful country for 10 years with my 13 yr old son. I have plenty of experience looking after children privately for the past 8 years and currently I work part-time in a busy gym crèche in the eastern suburbs. I have a current full NSW drivers license and family car. I am looking for a family in need of some help in the afternoons (after school pickup, driving and facilitating after school activities or helping with homework, etc) Alternatively, to work around my shift work during the weekday mornings. I am very flexible as my hours at the gym vary, depending on my availability and other commitments. I really love the outdoors and being physically active and aim to make all my activities fun and stimulating. I have been in many situations when handling multiple children and young active toddlers, so I'm well equipped to manage anything the youngsters can throw at me! Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions. I have some references at your leisure to contact if you wish to. Thanks!!
Hello! My name is Maribel, and I am 33 years old. I am from Spain. Since I came to Australia in September 2019 I have looked after several children, working with three families. - With the first family, I worked with 12,13 and 15 years old children. My role, mainly, was to pick them up from the school and take them to their activities, take them home, and make the dinner every day. -With the second family I worked with 5,7, and 13 years old children. My role was similar to the previous family. -With the third family, currently working with them one day per week, I am taking care of a 2 years old kid. My role involves all that is needed from the morning to the evening, such as taking the kid to the kinder garden, going to the swimming pool together, take him to the park, cooking, etc.

I have recently completed my first year of a bachelor’s degree at Sydney Uni. I have experience in babysitting young kids, neighbours and friends, and have also volunteered at my local after school care. I regularly babysit my neighbours' daughter who is 5 years old and we have a lot of fun hanging out together. I love meeting new people and interacting with kids, but most of all, I have always been an enthusiastic learner and would love to pass on that enthusiasm, so that kids can gain a genuine interest in learning.

I've recently returned to Sydney after travelling and working as a Maternity Nanny in the UAE and the UK, primarily working with High Net Worth and VIP clients. Hello Families, My name is Lucy and I'm 24 years of age. I am a very outdoorsy person, I play lots of sports including netball, basketball touch footy, league and ballet. I also love playing golf (at a very beginner pace) and being outside in general. I have grown up on the beaches of Sydney. I started nannying when I was 17 for a beautiful family of 2 girls, who also welcomed their 3rd girl whom I took care of at 3 months old. All girls were under 3 and were under my care. I then started nannying for my second family, a friend of the first, with 2 children (5 and 2) who then welcomed their 3rd child a beautiful girl named Georgia. I have been on and off with casual babysitting for over 2 years now with this family. My third family i looked after on a permanent basis was Leo and Orlando who were 3 and 6, and were very outdoorsy and sensitive at the same time, I loved watching them become more confident and open with me as we spent more time together. I am currently nannying for a beautiful family of two children named Mitchell and Louella (6 and 2.5 years of age) both children have completely different personalities and are so funny and confident in their own ways. Mitchell is very sensitive and absolutely loves to listen to everything about you. Louella is very outspoken and clued on for a 2.5 year old and constantly surprises me with her attention to detail. I love watching these children grow and confide in me as we become more than just a nanny and child, we become brother and sister, sister and sister and I absolutely adore each and every child under my care and make sure they are as happy as they can be. I love teaching them common courtesy and manners just as I was taught when I was younger and watch them grow as children and enhance their skills and talents and find what they love. I coach Mitchell's soccer team, and since coaching I have noticed Mitchell's confidence grow and grow as he is very comfortable with me, and his skills has exceeded his own team mates (not being bias) but its just amazing to watch what a good bond can do to anyone's confidence.
