All days will include school pick up from Balgowlah (car provided) and after-school activities will be scheduled for some afternoons, so you must have a good driving history and be comfortable driving around with children. We also have a lovable labrador, so you must be comfortable with dogs (starting at 2pm to walk the dog before school pick up is also an option).

Family in Balgowlah Heights are looking for an experienced full time Mothers Helper/Nanny for their 2 children, aged 11 months and 2.5 years old.
Mum and Dad run their own business from home and so are there to help the nanny balance both children, although at times, the nanny will have both children on their own. You must be able to work side by side with mum and dad when required.
You’ll be responsible for a busy and energetic 2.5 year old boy who loves being outdoors exploring, climbing, playing with his toy trucks, splashing in the pool in summer and running around one of the many playgrounds in the Northern Beaches. You must be able to be firm but fun. You must be punctual, reliable, proactive and energetic. You will have excellent communication skills and always keep Mum and Dad up to date. The 10 month old is learning to walk and becoming a play buddy for her big brother. You must be confident with babies and confident to look after both children at the same time. You must be able to drive confidently with children in the car provided.
Other duties include some light housework such as folding kids laundry, emptying dishwasher and tidying kids playroom each day.

We require the applicant two days a week initially (Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-12hr days starting 0630) to look after our baby (aged 11m) and do the kindie/school drop off/ pick up for the older two children (5, 3).
During the day the nanny will be with our youngest and can take her to activities but will also be asked to prepare dinner and help with putting out washing etc.
