My name is Sophie, I am 23 years old and absolutely love kids! I have been babysitting for over six years now for numerous amounts of families with children of the ages from 1 month to 15 years old. I also volunteered at a day care in my local area for over three years working with children from the ages of 6 months to 5 years old. I offer in home support so you can REST, BOND with your new baby & RECOVER • Establishing breastfeeding /bottle feeding, • Guidance with infant sleep and settling •.Emotional support and birth debrief • Care for baby & (other children) whilst you rest, have a meal or grab a shower. • Practical help to do light household tasks ( washing, dishwasher, change linen ) • Prepare a nourishing meal and snacks. • Boost confidence in your new role • Accompany you to appointments- assist with driving if your recovering from a caesarean. • I’m also available to provide overnight stays 9pm - 7am to help to get a better nights rest.
