We're a family with 4 kids (girl aged 1, boys aged 4, 6 & 8) & we're experienced long-term nanny employers. This position is on the books with tax deducted, holiday & sick pay. We need a nanny who can do everything we do: love & care for a baby, kick a football, manage dishwasher & 1 load of laundry per day (no cleaning), make an easter hat if needed, possibly one afternoon's driving to sport. It's a big & busy job for someone with lots of energy. Package up to $45ph depending on age and experience. Weekdays in term time boys are at school 9-3, but other times you would have all 4 kids. Boys are sweet & high-energy - you need to be OK with mud & noise & sensory overload & know how to do firm & gentle discipline! The nitty gritty:

- Days are flexible could be 3 days or 2 days

- A few things that we have found we need to be super clear on: First, reliability is critical: please don't apply if you view sick leave as an entitlement to be used up (but of course it's there for when you're really sick). Second, please don't apply if you have any issues with substance abuse. Third, we need a 12 month commitment provided we’re a good fit - we need someone who is not planning to leave or change hours to study or more than 4 weeks’ travel in the next 12 months. Fourth, we need you to be OK with looking after sick children, including fevers and green runny noses and conjuntivitis and rashes, practising infection control. We don't expect you to work if they have COVID or gastro.
