In my experiences I worked alongside their parents to ensure I understood their routines and provided a supportive and stable environment. I have also been doing work as an NDIS disability support worker, helping my client to reach their goals and supporting them as they do so, this position requires patience, empathy and the ability to adapt. Also during my experiences in customer service I have enjoyed meeting new people from all walks of life. Working in and studying Conservation and Land Management is also a passion of mine, during which I have learnt important skills such as self-management, teamwork, problem-solving and adaptability/ flexibility.
