Meet Louise: A nanny in Roseville, NSW

I am available for short term and long term. My current role is with a 18mo boy who was 12 weeks when I started. He has recently started daycare and I now only Nanny him every Tuesday. I have a strong bond with my current Nanny baby and family, I have loved my 3 days a week with him watching him and supporting him to develop and grow. My role before my current role was with a 16 mo girl and mum was still pregnant with the twins so have been there from day 1 for all the newborn loveliness and challenges with the twins. Once twins were 4mo I helped Mum do gentle sleep conditioning with them. I introduced solids via Baby Led Weaning to the twins. I Also helped gentle sleep train toddler for day nap. All 3 girls are now excellent sleepers. Please read on for more info about my history and experience.

I am an experienced Newborn Care specialist. I am trained in Newborn care to work with parents in those first early weeks to support parents and to take over when needed. I love helping new parents adjust to a new life in the house and help them to get to know their newborns. I help new parents to feel relaxed and empowered to take on their new parental roles with complete confidence or to just be an extra set of hands for the seasoned parents. I am there to look after Mum too and make sure she is well rested, well fed and well hydrated (especially if breastfeeding). I help establish good feeding and sleep routines to then move into gentle sleep conditioning at an age appropriate time if parents want to. If parents prefer then I am more than happy to carry out attachment parenting and contact naps. I work with parents for what works best for their family.

I am also an experienced Nanny and Childcare worker.

I am Mummy to Aria 10yrs and Olivia 8yrs. Having my own children does not impact my work days as my husband stays home on the days I work so is available for anything that may come up with our children. In Oct 2021 I finished up a full time Nanny role (40 hrs a week) to a gorgeous nearly 4yr old boy. I have been his Nanny since he was 8 months old. I love him dearly and treat him as one of my own children. I only finished up this role as we moved from Gymea to Roseville and the travel was too far. For the past nearly 4 years the little ones I Nannied for and me have spent every week day together having fun filled days, Kindy Gym, library time, play groups, beach, parks, begin bright classes, art classes etc I love being out and about and never use TV or screens as a distraction or time filler. I have a Cert lll in Children's services and trained as a Newborn Care Specialist. I have over 20yrs childcare experience working in long day care centres and as a nanny, I have a current WWCC and Police check. I have a current First Aid Certificate with Asthma and Allergy training. I also have lots of personal experience with my own daughters Asthma, food allergies (FPIES, type 1 dairy allergy and severe dust and dust mite allergy). I have my own car with two professionally fitted 6mo-8y, 2019 Infasecure Grandeur car seats, as well as a clean drivers licence. All documents, references and CV is available to email upon request.
