A little about myself, my name is Gayani. I am located in Glen Huntly 3163. I am married and have no kids in my thirties (36). I completed the Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management course at ABCI 2021 as I am currently on a work visa for 485 TR. I'll be available as long as you need me. I have been living in Australia for nearly 9 years. I am originally from Sri Lanka. I am a good cook and quick learner, specifically, for authentic Sri Lankan food. I was on the path towards becoming an early childhood teacher in 2016- 2018 Therefore, I successfully completed Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care at Swinburne in 2018. I love children very much and I enjoy spending time with children. I am a very kind, understanding, punctual and trustworthy person that you can rely on. I can take care of your child like my own. I would love to create educational activities and make sure they are learning and enjoying the activities. Also, I love any kind of animal too. So, I would love to walk your pets if needed. I have reliable references from past work and as a nanny from 2014-end to 2018. Most of the roles were short-term term either due to the families' requirements or their circumstances changed. My first job in 2015 as a nanny was taking care of 5 children which I loved. However, Due to personal health complications, weight issues and a change of career pathway, I haven't worked as a carer for the past 5 years, but I have recovered quite well, and I missed being a nanny/babysitter. I have my own vehicle to travel to work. I also have working with children's checks, first aid and all the relevant qualifications to work as a child carer. I haven't updated them yet, but I am happy and willing to do so. I had to change my pathway to hospitality to keep my visa regulations in order and to apply for Permanent residency in the near future. Currently, I am flexible with days and hours. I apologise for this very long message. I want to be honest and transparent about my situation from the beginning. Hope that's alright.
