I am an experienced baby- sitter and worked as a tutor with the Ronald McDonald Learning Program for many years with primary/secondary students with chronic health issues. I relate very well to young people of all ages. I am empathic, kind, have a keen sense of humour and am expressive and a great communicator. I am friendly and outgoing with a wide range of interests including singing, music, the arts, reading, theatre, history, animals (I have a beautiful chocolate brown Burmese cat called Otto.).Being an x drama teacher my specialty is playing games eg. Hide and Seek which kids love! and reading books out loud. I can bring a book/characters to life with funny voices for different characters etc. I have a car and licence and live in Montmorency. Hello! I am 22 years old, living in Montmorency and have been working 5 days a week with three families (mostly before and after school time, and full Wednesdays) for the past two years. My schedule is changing in the new year and I’m on the lookout for a new family to work with! I do not have any official childcare qualifications, just WWCC; but I can only really advertise myself as just an honest and hard working person who has plenty of hands on experience. I can cook, clean, do drop offs and pick ups, bath time and can put kids down for bed. Going to parks, swimming and doing arts and crafts are activities I’d love to engage in to keep your kids happy and active and all tuckered out by night. Also love pets. So cats or dogs in the household aren’t an issue for me! My ad is for toddlers and older children but I am willing to work with infants under strict instruction of care from the parents. I also have experience with caring for and creating relationships with autistic children and adults. I do not have an up to date first aid certificate. If this is essential to the needs of your children I am willing to negotiate if we can arrange a long term position.
