I have solid experience in providing Childcare to support in a variety of busy environments including Education, stakeholders including teachers; parents and coordinators. In my previous capacity as Before & After School Care Assistant I am responsible for the supervision of a maximum of 80 children whereby my full attention is to attend and interact to their needs; complete the register of attendance; liaise with parents regarding matters relating to the children; complete incident reports and administer first aid as necessary. I am passionate about building positive relationships with colleagues and I put people at ease with my friendly and professional manner. My current role requires me to make effective communication and liaising with a range of people.
