I am looking for babysitting/nannying work as I love children and thoroughly enjoy being around them. I have had various difference work experience; I have worked in a kindergarten for four months as a teaching assistant in my gap year. I have also worked for "Rent a Mum" Hong Kong for the last five years during the holiday periods from university, working for different families with various different age groups. At the end of last year I volunteered in two orphanages in Kenya for three months working with under privileged children from the ages of 3-17, this involved both teaching and taking care of the children on a daily basis. I am completely flexible, ideally I am looking for more full-time work but am willing to accept part-time. I am happy to cook simple meals and do any light housework.

I have worked on and off with all aged children for the past 10 years and have finally realised it is the career area I would like to work in permanently, which is why I am now studying the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education externally through the University of Southern Qld.
I have been in a nanny in the USA which lasted for a year for a 6 year old girl and 8 year old boy. Most recently I am nannying for a 22 month old boy that was 5 and a half months when I started.
I am reliable, honest, trustworthy, dedicated, fun, outgoing, compassionate, and most importantly genuinely enjoy working with children and have all the patience in the world for them.
I am looking for part-time days that allow me to still keep up with my study externally while working in the early childhood area.
I have written references and a resume in regards to my experience for those who request it. I normally have a fee of $20 per hour (which I receive now) yet this may be altered depending on the number of children and hours worked, all of which is negotiable upon contact.
