PHONE SCREENING:
You should conduct a thorough phone screening first, before arranging a face-to-face meeting. The phone screening should cover key areas to ensure the person is the right match for your family.
Refer to our Interview Guide for more specific questions to ask. Use this initial contact to establish rapport and gain an overview of the nanny's strengths and weaknesses, before deciding to move forward to the interview stage.
CREDENTIAL CHECK DURING INTERVIEW
- View the driver’s license. Read the name and check the photo.
