Jessica worked for us for 6 months providing after school care, 5 days a week, for our 3 children in our own home. During this time we found her extremely patient and understanding with our children and she quickly established an excellent rapport with them. Jessica was always reliable and punctual and we knew that the children were well cared, entertained when required. She always took the time to help and encourage our children with their after school tasks e.g. homework/chores, in particular she was able to work well with one of our children who has autism spectrum disorder.
