Hello my name is Ashleigh. In 2006 i completed my HSC at Oakhill College. I am 23 years old.
I have been interested in working with children for a long time. I have had previous experience babysitting children before. I have worked for Telstra Anytime ( FFA - Football Federation of Australia ) this involved coaching young children in soccer. My duties were to look after these young children for an hour and teach them the basic skills of soccer. I have worked in several child care centres over the years and loved them all, however in the past year I have found that working with a family is much more satisfying and enjoyable as I have the opportunity to get to know the children better, as well as their families.
I enjoy interacting with children and helping them learn. I enjoy doing arts and crafts with children. as well as dancing and singing and out door activities.
I have worked for a lovely family within their own home for over 2 years now.

I have had my driver's licence for almost 6 years now and I have my own car.
I also have a gorgeous little puppy Harby who absolutely loves children! She has accompanied me to work for the past year and the children absolutely adore her. I find her to be very encouraging when it comes to outside play. She has also proven to be very helpful when trying to teach children about kindness as well as nurturing. If your children love puppies she is a fun option to bring along. Other wise just me :)
