I absolutely love working with kids, they are the best.

I have volunteered as a leader of children at church for many years, majority of the time primary school children. I have also lead on many holiday programs which involves taking care of a group of 7-8 primary school aged children for a week.

I am looking for a part-time job or occasional babysitting. I am willing to be quite flexible with days, hours and rates and am happy to do my best to accommodate for what is best for you.

I am a very friendly and bubbly person. I love activities, craft and games.

I was College Captain and completing VCE with an ATAR of 96.6. I am able to serve as a tutor if necessary.

Sarah ~ Donvale

My name is Sarah and I am 24 years old. Recently, i resigned my position as infant program leader at a private school (children aged 6 months-2.5 years)having held that position for two years. I now work as a 4-5 year old kindergarten co-teacher at a private school. I have worked with young children for almost 8 years. I am a relaxed and easy going person who enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking part is sporting activities, dabbling in different areas of arts and crafts and relaxing with a good book. This reflects the calm and relaxed approach I take when caring for children. After completing my VCE in 2005 (during which i spent time volunteering at a sessional kindergarten) I went to TAFE to study for my Diploma of Children’s Services, which I successfully completed in 2007. After completing this course I moved straight into full time work at an ELC as the room leader of the 2-3 year old room. Whilst studying for my Diploma I also worked at two child care centres as room assistants, one in the 0-2 year old room and the other in the 3-4 year old room. At these centers I also worked with children with disabilities and impairments, such as Autism, Downs Syndrome and hearing impairments, so I am confident when caring for children with special needs. In 2008 I also completed my Grad Cert in Pre and Post Natal Family Support. During this course I underwent placements in hospitals and family support centers, so I also have knowledge and experience with newborns, multiples, routine creation/implementation and behaviour management/guidance. In August 2008 I was offered nanny work for a family of two young children, which I took and loved. While working for this family I was responsible for meal preparation, kinder drop-offs and pick-ups and general care of both children. During this time I also worked as a mother's help for a mother of a 2 week old and 17 month old. For this family I not only helped with general care, routine and limit creation and implementation, but I also helped with general household duties. In 2009 I worked as a Nursery Room Leader and Coordinator at a long day care centre with children aged 6 months to 2 years. Over the years I have also worked casually with older children, aged 6-14, preparing meals for them, helping with homework and study, and driving them to and from after school activities. I am an easy going, caring, nurturing, passionate and vibrant person who is comfortable working with children of all ages and abilities. Fees are based on the number of children in my care and duties are negotiable. I look forward to hearing from you.

I am bubbly, independent 19 year old girl who has always loved working with children. I babysit regularly for family friends who have children ranging from ages 8 months to 13. I have grown up with over 20 younger cousins and my family relies on me to take care of them regularly and set good examples for these kids as I am the oldest cousin. I completed year 12 in 2010 attending Sion College in Box Hill. I have my license and my own car. I love playing soccer and any other sports as I am studying Physical Education at university, which is a teaching degree. I currently teach part time at Findon Primary School as part of my degree, and as a result I am extremely confident around children and am able to apply these skills in everyday situations involving them. I am comfortable in taking care of children of all ages. I also worked part time as a soccer coach for young children aging from 4-16 for 1 year. I have a current Working With Children's Check. I am a creative person who doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty. I put every effort I can in to doing the best job possible in everything I do and working with children is my passion.
