I am currently seeking full time work as an Au Pair or Nanny caring for children. I have spent four months working in Australia in hospitality but this is not where my heart lies and I am looking forward to moving back to my true vocation of working with children. I have an honours degree in primary school teaching and have spent the last four years in and out of the classroom, unfortunately unable to find a more permanent placement due to the difficult economic climate Ireland is experiencing. I have worked with all age groups, informally from new born to toddler and formally from four years old to twelve years old, of which I feel my expertise and personal interest lies more closely with early childhood education. I enjoy cooking and have no problems with any housework the position may entail. I am a light hearted and enthusiastic individual and enjoy engaging in storytelling and games. I have a strong personal interest in arts and crafts which has become evident throughout my educational and professional career.
