Hi all! I am currently completing a bachelor of early childhood and primary education.
So far I have completed five placements working with children from as young as one through to grade 3/4. This year I will be focusing primarily on primary school and completing placement at local primary schools.
Working with children and students falls into my future career prospects as I love working with children. I find it extremely rewarding and stimulating. Children have so much to offer with their virtual school bags and funds of knowledge which sometimes is overlooked within the education sector, however I'm really hoping I can help diminish this view whereby classrooms can adapt to every child's individual needs.
More importantly i am patient, kind hearted and I have most definitely jumped on the sustainability bandwagon. I believe there is so much for children to learn within sustainability which also tends to be pushed back to the later years in primary school. You can …

I currently work Monday and Tuesday as a nurse, and would love to pick up some part-time shifts or some casual babysitting.
I have always loved and got on with kids; I am the oldest of three, the second oldest of 16 cousins, and have several friends with small children and babies.
I have babysat since I was 15. I currently do some babysitting (and dog sitting) casually for a 6 year old girl and an 8 year old boy, and my cousins, a 7 year old girl and 9 year old boy. In the past I have babysat kids from about 18 months up, I also did my last nursing university placement at the Royal Children's where I had experience with young babies and children with varied needs. I am flexible, caring, easy-going, reliable, and professional. My years of experience (over 10!) and my tendency towards positive discipline techniques help me to form great relationships with the children in my care. I have participated in a wealth of professional development courses, which give me a variety of techniques and theory to support my intuitive caregiving style. My focus is on mutual respect, freedom, fun, music, and lots of adventures!
I am looking for my next nanny position in Melbourne. I have been assisting families by working steady temp nanny work, since finishing my last long term position in 2016, but am keen to settle into ongoing full time employment in 2017 (and beyond). I have experience both in Australia and overseas, and have exceptional references from wonderful families that I have worked with.
If it sounds like I would be a great fit for your family, please contact me for more information. I look forward to hearing from you! …
Hi! I'm a full-time primary education student and I have one year left of my Masters which I am very excited about finishing. I work part-time on weekends at a bar and casual camps for kids in the holidays - so my schedule is pretty busy. For this reason I am much more available for casual babysitting rather than any ongoing positions. I am pretty outdoorsy and love hiking, swimming, yoga, and also have done ballet since I was a kid. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
