I have over 10 years experience in taking care of children in all ages. I started as a babysitter when I was 15, I have been an Au-pair taking care of a 18 months old and his bigger brothers (6 and 8).
I have been working in Build-A-Bear Workshop (BABW) for three years. In BABW I had to establish a close contact to and have fun with a lot of children every day. I had to make the child feel safe and relaxed in a few seconds. I also used my imagination and I loved to play with the kids while we made the bear of their dreams. That was the ultimate casual job as i could play the time away! But even though, my manager found confidence in me to make me a mid-level manager with the responsibility over the store and my coworkers when she was not there.

When I was in grade 9 I was a home teacher for a couple of younger students and since january I have been a teacher in the Danish School in Melbourne so even though I'm not native English speaking I will be able to help out with homework and make it a good time as well.
