Nannies in QLD, little mountain

I love caring for children and animals and have done so most of my life. I am a very dedicated, responsible, reliable and tidy person.
I have worked with children over the past 6 years, through high school, tafe and nanny agencies. I hold Certificate III in children's services, ABN number, blue card, first aid certificate, references and c class licence. I am also a registered Care Provider through C & K in-home care and the Family Assistance Office, so parents can gain a percentage of nanny/babysitting fees back.
I am currently working for two families. No.1 family- I care for 4 year old twins, their 2 yr old sister and new born baby brother 2 days a week and with family no.2 I care for 3 and 4 year old boys and their new born baby sister, one and a half days a week. I have just finished a 6 month employment (under good terms), nannying for 4 girls, all under the age of 7.
I am pretty flexible with days and hours and I don't mind doing occasional cleaning chores :)

Leonie ~ Little Mountain

Hi, my name is Leonie. I'm 23 years old. I have been in the childcare industry for about 5 years now. I have worked in different centres (long day care/before and after school) and for myself as a nanny. I grew up looking after my younger siblings, I guess that's why I really enjoy working with children.

While working as a child carer I have worked with children of all ages (mostly with children from 6 months to 5 years). Babies are my favourite age to work with, who doesn't like babies? I have done a little bit of work with children with special needs.

I continually update my skills outside of my Diploma studies (this includes short courses about working with special needs).

I am ideally looking for 1 full time position but I am flexible on what hours I work. I would like to be earning at least $23/hour but again I am flexible depending on how many hours I am working.

I love making (craft/cooking) and music activities, I find that the children really enjoy them. I myself cross-stitch a lot (especially presents).

Languages: I speak little, little bits of different languages. Japanese, French, Italian, Spanish (Dora). Most of these languages are hello/goodbye/thank-you words. I know a bit more Japanese than any of the others but not fluently. English/Australian is the only language I speak fluently but I am always open to learning new things.
