Ever since I can remember I have always seen myself working in a child related job, I have completed my certificate three in children services. I intend to also study a bachelor of physcology. In my current position I work as the assistant educator in the pre- kindergarden room (2 and a half to 3), which I really enjoy!
My previous position was as the assistant/group leader educator of a Pre-kindergarden room (2-3) and prior to that I was the assistant educator of a Nursery, so I have worked with children of all ages from newborns to school aged and children with special needs. I love my position and the children I work with, I love being able to get down to their level and interact in a way they understand.
I believe I relate well to children and understand their needs. As I have worked in childcare for some time now I have noticed children warm to me well as I am quite a happy and bubbly person.
Ideally I am looking for a full time nanny position, where I can get to know the family and the children and become 'apart of the family', I can be flexible with working some weekends and overnight stays also if I find the right family.
