A bit about me...
I first developed a strong passion for working with children when I stared babysitting at 13 and since, have maintained a strong interest in working with and inspiring young people.
I began teaching dance in 2008 working with youth varying from 5-16 years of age - this experience was when I truly found my passion for working with kids. Being given wholehearted trust and responsibility by both my employer and the kids themselves, in mentoring and guiding them towards finding the path to reach their full potential, was an experience above and beyond.
I strongly believe that it is fundamental for children to have positive influences to look up to and be encouraged by people with the desire to nurture their creativity. When I was young, I remember how much I adored the attention of young adults and just how significant I felt among these 'role models'. Whether they be helpers, carers, teachers, characters at parties, magicians; I held these moments …

Hello! My name is Em!
I am 20 years old and I am a 3rd year medical student. This year however, I am taking a break from my studies to broaden my education, explore my passions and enjoy myself! That is why I have decided to take to babysitting. I see this as the perfect opportunity, not only to keep myself financially afloat, but also as I love working (ok, playing) with children.
I must be honest and admit I don't have years and years of experience under my belt. However, in saying that I have casually minded my cousins and friends siblings since I can remember. I have also had one formal babysitting job in the past, which involved caring for a 10 y.o. boy on the weekends. Finally, in my first year of studies I took part in a Sony Foundation Children’s Holiday Camp. This required me to be the full time career of a non-verbal 9 y.o autistic boy for the week.
As for how I 'run' things I am more than open to learning new things and having new experiences. I would be happy to …

My name is Krystal and I have been working with children aged 0-7 for the past 10yrs.
I am an experienced Nanny of many years. My journey in the industry began as a children's entertainer (which was great fun), and I quickly progressed to working in the childcare/early learning education industry for around 3yrs as I wanted to really get to know the life of children and develop a deeper relationship with them as a carer and teacher.
My most recent role working with children was as a full-time nanny for a little boy who is now 3 (he was 5mths when I began looking after him!) and his sister who is now almost 7.
I am a strong believer in the child-led philosophy, and believe that the most significant part of being an early childhood educator is in being attentive and attuned to the individual interests and needs of each child, and facilitating their growth through providing them with stimulating options in areas of interest to them, but allowing them always to choose and lead …

I am from Myanmar and my profession is religious studied (Christian). I have experience with children in church and I worked as a volunteer in an orphanage of our country for one more year. Also I really love to work with children. I know the characteristics of kids. But I have no experience in Australia with children. But I am a good learner according to the situation. Also I can cook asian meals but if I have to cook your meals, you have to show one time first. Only once is enough for me. I also have Health Care Assistance certificate and I have a little knowledge of healthy life. Also I love pet especially dog. So if you have dog, you don't need to worry for dog and your kids. I can look after both happily. I have a valid license but I can't drive in Australia for different driving rules such as keeping left side. Our country usually drive from right side as America. But in case, you let me try, I can do. I know that you will appreciate my skill if you work with me once.
