My name is Sarah, I am 21 having graduated year 12 in 2006. In 2007 i worked full time in an accounting firm and recently completed my certificate 3 in children servics at southbank tafe and have recently started studying my diploma externally. My name is Eden and I am a qualified nurse, however I have left the profession now to study a Bachelor of Science. Childcare is perfect for me as working with the kiddies is so joyful and the work is flexible enough to fit around study (and vice versa!)

I've been looking after kids in one form or another since I was 13. Obviously less officially at 13, however before gaining my nursing qualifications I worked in a pre-school. I have looked after children age 3-12, though I am certainly comfortable (and trained!) in taking care of the littlies too. I am very flexible in regards to work - I don't mind working a one-off job or something a little bit more permanent. Uni also makes my hours flexible, especially in the evenings and weekends. Working as a nurse necessitated both a first aid qualification and police check, and while the former is not current and I don't have a copy of the latter, I am very much willing to obtain either for your peace of mind.
