I love children of all ages. After now completing my certificate three in children's services I have decided to look for work as a nanny rather than work in the childcare industry because I feel that way I can develop more personal relationships with the children and be apart of the family.

I have had lots of experience with children through various volunteer work I have done. Especially through Focus on New families where I helped care for indigenous newborn triplets feeding, bathing, cuddling, and playing with them.

I also have worked for over a year and a half taking care of babies whilst their mothers were involved in a six week training course on being new mothers.

I have gained lots of experience last year whilst I studied my certificate three. I spent a lot of time creating experiences for children especially 0-3 age that were fun and enjoyable and also beneficial for their development.

I have a good understanding of what development is appropriate for the child's age and also how to improve and assist in that development.

I am flexible and a good team player and willing to help out any way I can to make the parent's and the children's lives easier.

I am willing to participate in a week or two trial run to see if I am suitable for the family's needs.

Other Skills: I play piano. I enjoy cross stitch, paper mache, and all others kinds of arts and crafts. I have done lots of housecleaning over the years for other people and also know how to cook. I have a driver's license, and a first aid certificate. Through my studies at TAFE I have build up lots of equipment to use with children like books, soft toys, puppets, and craft activities.
