Dear Parents,

I am a very Happy and Fun and loving Nanny, I work part time as supported Playgroup facilitator, part of my job is to develop and lead activities to support the development of the children, and prepare them for school.

I have learned to understand children in this way I am able to be very patient, in situations which most of people would not be able to be patient. With lots of experience in practice as well as theory, I believe that children are the most special and most important responsibility in Human been. I believe we have the ability to offer them a beautiful, full of love, safe Childhood, so they can develop best way for their individual personality and be a Happy, Healthy, successful adults in the future! As serious as I take their safety, I still have lots of fun with Children; I do enjoy their special little personalities, and like to support their physical as intellectual development through playing and craft. I like to get to know their special personalities, thoughts and worries through playing, and am able to build in that way an relationship and win their trust. To offer children a safety environment in my care, and prevent danger through teaching them is very important for me.
I am as well happy to help parents if they have problems with their children, with some easy tricks to make parenting easier. But other than that, I try to keep the same method's from parents to support them on their parenting, and make their lives easier.


My background:

I have graduated Youth and Child Care education in October 2008 in Germany.
For 2 and half years since i have been in Sydney I have been able to get lots of nanny/ babysitting experience for children of 3month - 14 years. Some of the parents were able to trust me so much, that they have been travelling overseas and leaving their children with me.

I have been babysitting twins of 10months until they were 16 months. I loved looking after them:)

I am currently studying health science and nursing at the University of Sydney. I love kids and aim to go into pediatric nursing. I have done babysitting jobs for many years, but nothing permanent (just odd evenings). i have got my senior first aid qualifications and currently volunteer at St Johns First Aid (on a wednesday evening).
As i attend uni i can try to ensure i have classes earlier in the day so i can make the afternoons., but there may be occasions when this may not work. I live in Greenwich so anything in walking distance would be great, however i do have my license and i can use our family car if required.
