My family and I are visiting Melbourne for the weekend of the 20-21 January. We need a babysitter for each night. We are staying in an apartment on South Bank. We will probably put her down and leave afterwards, but need someone who is comfortable with the possibility of our baby waking and needing resettling.

I require a responsible after school carer for my 10 (almost 11) year old daughter. 2-3 days per week (could be more days or extended hours). We need an experienced carer to do school pick up three afternoons a week. Miss 9 is in Grade 4 this year, and Master 5 starts on the 1/2/17 in Prep. The ability to work longer (ie full) days during school holidays on these days would be ideal.
We have found over the course of time, that the most important time for a proper debrief of a school day (particularly with Miss) is during the walk home from school at 3:30, so this is a critical time for someone to be our eyes and ears. As a result, we really need someone who is willing to invest in becoming a trusted friend for our children to make sure we don't miss that opportunity each day.
School is a two minute walk around the corner from home, so no need to drive.
They are both little fire crackers, we are biased, of course, but think it's pretty easy to adore both of them.

My husband and I are looking for a friendly, reliable, caring and experienced babysitter to help with occasional babysitting for our 1 year old son. We have a nanny who comes to the house two days per week who is wonderful, but we are looking for a babysitter we can use for evenings or when we have social events during the day on weekends. Carer would also have to be comfortable that our baby is on a routine for eating, sleeping etc.
