In terms of household duties they would include light trying and cleaning up after everyone. Eg. Managing their many piles of girls clothes, tidying up after the girls and keeping the kitchen clean
Whats most important is that the kids are happy.
I will always cook dinner but if you are able to help then thats a bonus!

Our carers really join our family, so this role is more then just "watching" the kids, but actively being with the kids. The girls are all totally different personalities but are all warm and loving and respond well to a positive caring personality and someone who can actively listen to what the kids are telling you.
