hi I'm Megan I am a 25yr old mum of 3 kids aged 5, 4 and 10 months and step-mum to a 6yr old. As a mum have experience in all aspects of care for children from newborn onwards. There’s no work hours as a mum it’s a 24hr position. With the support of my partner I have the opportunity to make a career out of something I love.

I have just finished up 8 months Working independently with a family caring for their daughter (currently 19months) once per week. This includes independently caring for her in all aspects, including dressing, nappy changes, meal prep and feeding assistance where needed, supporting independence where appropriate, creating activities to support mind growth and develop fine motor skills.

I am now hoping to continue this kind of work but on a more permanant basis with more hours. My hope is to work towards my cert 3 in childrens services in my own time to begin with and then continue with work and study to better myself as a person and as a carer.
