I'm a 20 year old early childhood educator living in Heidelberg with my husband and two cats. I work at a co-operative childcare centre 3 days a week and absolutely love it.

While I really enjoy working in a childcare centre, I'd love to work more directly with a family, really be able to get to know the child(ren), and work on a more personal platform. My idea position is 3 or 4 days a week, all or part days. For full (over 5 hours) days I'd charge per day rather than an hourly rate. I'm looking at doing Family Day Care from my home in the future.

I'm happy to care for your child in your home or mine; I love doing things like cooking, arts and crafts, reading, singing, and going out to things like parks, libraries, or zoo's.

I'd be comfortable caring for up to three children, and am most confident with the 2-4 range, however I have experience with newborns and up to 10 year olds. I'm happy to work with multiple families (eg. if you have a friend who wants a few days of care I could care for both of your children!)
