Due to a career break, I'm now available each evening to babysit on a casual or regular basis.

Being a Mum myself, I understand what it can be like to juggle everything, as well as getting some time out yourself. To make life easier for you, I'm happy to do some light housekeeping during the evenings, as long as your childrens' needs come first.

Other Skills: I am a qualified and registered Primary School teacher with both the VIT and the QCT and therefore have a police check completed. Have also completed first aid training and specialty training in asthma and anaphylaxis. Caring for children in this way is another way I can further my skills as a professional and also still be able to be in an occupation that can utalise my skills.

My name is Monique and I am an enthusiastic and bubbly 27 year old who loves working with children.

I am currently studying Psychology at Monash University with the aim of specialising in Developmental and Child Psychology. I feel that it is incredibly important to focus on the health and well being of children so that they in turn can lead secure, happy and successful lives. I also believe that the more I interact with children the more I can learn how to facilitate a healthy interaction, on both a personal and professional level.

I have worked as a baby sitter since I was 15; mainly for friends and family as well as private clients whilst I have been at uni. I have the most experience with toddlers to school age children.

I am pretty flexible around my university timetable, I am happy to do some weekend work and I also have 1-2 full days off during the week. I am willing to negotiate payment rates and duties depending on what is required.

I am a 25 year old mother of 2 boys - 3 and 5 years - my 5 year old attends kinder on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-3pm which means leaving at 8:30am and arriving home at 3:30pm.
I am available to take care of your child/ren Mon-Fri during the day at my home. I am in the process of getting a working with children's check. I have experience nannying from before I became a mother, I looked after 2 girls who were 18months and 3 years old all day and their older brother before and after school. I also worked in a child care centre after that on a casual basis

My home is safe and has a lovely big yard for exploring outdoors. I do not smoke or have any pets. I have lots of natural open ended toys. We enjoy craft and adventures.

My hourly rate isn't very high because I know how hard it is to be a mother and trying to find affordable care for your child/ren in order to work. I would like to be able to work and take care of my children and if I can do that while giving someone else the opportunity to have their child looked after in a home-like environment for less than usual then that would be fantastic
