I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old and I have never grown tired of it. Hello my name is Jess and in 2010 graduated from Methodist Ladies College. I have finished my first year at Deakin University studying Health Science, majoring in Psychology and Nutrition and in March I have started my second year at Deakin.

I completed a Bachelor of Visual Art at Monash University and am currently completing a Diploma of Illustration (focusing on children’s book illustration.) I have deferred a Masters in Teaching at Deakin University and will be beginning that course in early 2013.

I have been babysitting and nannying since I was 16 and have had experience with a range of different families and age groups. My roles have included drop off and pick up from school, assisting with homework, dinner preparation, housecleaning, bedtime and casual evening babysitting.

As well as babysitting and being a student I work as an art teacher at The Art Factory. I have discovered through nannying and teaching art that working with children is my passion and is something I would like to pursue as a career.
