Hi!
I am a fully trained paediatric nurse, and have worked on a children's ward in London, UK, for about 18 months caring for sick babies and chilldren from newborn up to 16 years of age. I also have previous nannying experience with children of all ages. These were mainly temporary jobs which I have fitted in around my studies when I was at university, and more recently on my leave from my nursing job.
I am currently on a career break from my nursing job back in London and have spent the last 10 months on a round-the-world trip. I have now settled in Australia (Gold Coast) and have come here on a working holiday visa. I am curently working as an au pair for a family in Benowa, looking after their two children. This is a full time position but my hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs, with occasional hours needed on Saturday afternoons, although this varies. I am hoping to also get some babysitting or casual nannying work to fit in around these hours, ie on weekday evenings, anytime on Friday, and anytime over the weekends.
I am planning to stay in Australia until at least the end of this year, potentially longer if things work out.

I am a qualified children's nurse, I also have a diploma in childcare, I have a recent police check, I can provide references on request, and I have held a drivers licence for the last 7 years although I do now own my own car. I am a non-smoker.
