I’ve also got a first aid for parents and carers certificate from the Australian Red Cross.

I was born in Germany but I was brought up bilingual as my mother is from England. I’ve been working and living as an au-pair in New Zealand for 2 years (after I finished my A-levels) In California I did a lot of babysitting and nanny jobs in addition to my art and film courses at University.
And in Sydney I’ve been working for an Australian family with one 3 year old boy and his Babysister and one family with one 4 year old boy 5 days a week till the beginning of May 2012.

Hi I'm a fun friendly reliable girl looking for a nanny/mothers help job. I am originally from New Zealand Moved to sydney last year. My experience with children started around 5 and half years ago , I have cared for kids as young as 10 months and i have also cared for kids with learning disabilities. For example one of the nanny jobs i was with a family with three kids 14months,2 and 5 years. My day consist of me getting all three kids up in the morning changed and feed them breakfast then would take the 5 year old to school then i had sole charge of the two younger children either taking them to playgroups,park,beach or entertaining them at home with different actives. These kids would sometimes have naps during the day so when this was happening i would be doing housework like washing, doing the dicers and general clean up of the house which i don't mind doing. Then when its time to pick up the 5 year old i would go and get her and bring them all home or sometimes stop off at the park on way home or they would come home and play whilst i would get the dinner ready or be helping with the 5 year olds homework. Depending on if the parents are home or not i would help out with dinner or bath and bed.
I am hoping to find around 20+ hours a week but i am pretty flexible.
In my spare time i am hoping to Study the Early Childcare Certificate lll and don't mind doing extra babysitting for either you or some of your friends.
